Manitoba’s Early Learning and Child Care program provides subsidy for families to help with the costs of child care fees. Families are eligible based on their net annual income. Parents can access an application for subsidy online through the province of Manitoba’s website. All subsidy information is sent to the Centre upon approval. It is the responsibility of the parents to apply for subsidy. Keep in mind that applying for subsidy can take up to 8 weeks.
